Sequence Theory 6: String Literal commands and Syntax as Enzyme Models

The protein building sequences are ususally "handled" by "jet turbine powered" enzymes! I will look at the string commands involved with tis sequencing in order to ascertain the necessary distinctions in sequence terminology to accurately model the behaviours. The basic analogy between string syntax and string literal commands will be used to structure the model,
