Beware the stereotypical
Encrusting the shifting sands of time
The bubbling decay and renewal beneath the skin
That stretches over the organic change.
What grows, grows old
Age is dam"age"
What is ignored gnores at us undisturbed
Bits drop off, decay and are not repaired
Because the stereotype blinds the eye
Stops the nose to the stench
Enures the senses to the pain of broken limbs, bones and arterial walls
Embolisms crash and explode in garish displays
That typically are stereotypically hidden
And we die in ignorance.
